Program description. Bubble Community Car Wash ("Bubble," "we," "us," or "our") offers optional text-messaging programs. Depending on the consent you select, messages may include Text Club promotions, discounts, occasional offers, free-wash or coupon information, transaction confirmations, membership or billing notices, customer-service responses, and other service updates.

Consent. By checking an applicable optional SMS consent box and submitting the form, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Bubble at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Marketing and non-marketing consent are collected separately when both categories are offered. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are authorized to provide consent.

Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency and charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes. We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the date above. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated.
